The Site provides information about $DEAD, the Company Coin of the Dead Bruv ecosystem. $DEAD is a digital token on the Solana blockchain. The Site may also provide access to token claiming functionality, ecosystem information, and related resources.
$DEAD is not equity. It does not represent ownership, voting rights, dividends, or guaranteed returns in Dead Bruv Inc. or any affiliated entity. $DEAD should not be treated as an investment contract or security.
Digital assets are inherently volatile and risky. You acknowledge that:
Certain features may require connecting a supported digital wallet. You are solely responsible for your wallet, its security, and any transactions initiated through it. We do not have access to your private keys and cannot reverse transactions.
You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to circumvent geographic restrictions via VPN or similar tools; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Services; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems; (e) use automated tools to scrape or extract data; (f) impersonate any person or entity; (g) transmit malicious code; or (h) violate any applicable law or regulation.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and software, is the property of Dead Bruv Inc. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services available through those links. Your use of third-party resources is at your own risk.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In no event shall our total liability exceed one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dead Bruv Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by applicable law. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, at our sole discretion, without notice. Upon termination, Sections 4, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13 shall survive.
